3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day.

4. Transit Time

  • Expected delivery within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, Monday to Friday.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
